About the Artist
Aisha Kennett is a ceramic artist based in Cairns, Australia, whose work explores the intersection of nature, sound, and form. Drawing inspiration from tropical ecosystems, anatomical structures, and emotional resonance, she creates sculptural and functional pieces that invite tactile and reflective engagement. Her practice combines hand-building, printmaking, and experimental surface treatments to evoke quiet narratives of place and self. Aisha is currently completing her Diploma of Visual Arts at TAFE Queensland and is the founder of Canopy Ceramics.
