Flora of the Wet Tropics

Inspired by botanical illustration, I want to record the plant diversity of our region through ceramics. I try to capture the details of each plants accurately while also explore their beauty in a compact tile format. Unlike the traditional watercolour painting, ceramic tiles can be preserved longer. I want to create a whole scientific botanical collection that can last forever.
