Modern Life Records

Our ancestors immortalized their daily lives on ceramic pots, providing us glimpses into their world today. This practice has diminished as modern recording methods flourish. However, the reliability of these methods is questionable; paper decays, and digital media can fail. Ceramics, by contrast, have proven their durability over millennia. Through my work, I aim to capture facets of our contemporary life on ceramic pots. My hope is that in 10,000 years, our descendants will have a tangible insight into our existence, much like we do with ancient civilizations.
